Male High Management Group Home

front of Lighthouse Conway facilityThe male adolescent high management group home is a 36-bed social-model-based program that provides crisis management, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment for psychiatric and behavioral conditions.

The primary goal of the high management group home is to safely place residents back into their community with all the academic, vocational, social and life skills they will need to be successful. Our goal is also to help residents regain trusting relationships with the community, family members, and others who may have been damaged along the way.

Residents will learn and be involved in social and community building activities so that after they learn socially appropriate behavior, they can engage in healthier activities after treatment. The program provides substance use/abuse education and treatment, mental health and emotional treatment, hygiene and nutrition.

This program has five levels, each requiring different responsibilities and treatment goals. The average length of stay is between six to nine months.

This program provides multi-disciplinary assessments, rapid stabilization, case management, and effective self-management skills. Our program assists the family in beginning to learn how to deal with the psychiatric and behavioral problems which may have led to placement, and prepares the patient and family for the realities of discharge and continuing recovery in aftercare.
